Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of seanbeardmore.com (the "Site") and form the basis on which you may contact and engage Sean Beardmore ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
I operate as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. [IF YOU TRADE FROM SCOTLAND OR NORTHERN IRELAND, TELL ME AND I'LL ADJUST THE GOVERNING LAW.]
1. Who I am
The Site is operated by Sean Beardmore, a sole trader providing marketing strategy, AI application development and automation services.
- Trading address: [ADD YOUR BUSINESS / CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS]
- Email: hello@seanbeardmore.com
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or use the Site to transmit unsolicited or harmful material;
- scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content except as permitted below.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos and code — is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without my prior written permission.
4. Nature of the Site content
The information on the Site is provided for general information about my services. Figures and descriptions (for example experience and number of systems shipped) are accurate to the best of my knowledge but are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial or investment advice.
5. Enquiries and no contract by default
Submitting the contact form, or selecting an enquiry type (Direct, White-Label or Joint Venture), starts a conversation only. It does not create a binding contract, place any obligation on either of us, or guarantee that I will take on the work. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and ownership, agreed between us before work begins.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site relies on third-party services (for example MyFlow for enquiry handling and Hetzner for hosting) and may link to third-party websites. I am not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Availability
I aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but I provide it "as is" and "as available". I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and I may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, I am not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. My total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to [£100 OR ANOTHER REASONABLE CAP YOU PREFER].
Liability in relation to any paid engagement will be set out in the separate written agreement for that work, not these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how I handle your personal data.
10. Changes to these Terms
I may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
